HR & ADMIN MANAGER
Description
Key Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations, including payroll processing Provide recruitment support and ensure smooth hiring processes Track licenses, permits, and other administrative tasks Coordinate with operations team on HR-related requirements Implement performance management systems Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law Support the owner with tasks related to F B operations Handle trademark and IP matters, including registrations and renewals Understanding of trademark and IP laws Experience with insurance claims (desirable)Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills If you're a seasoned HR professional with a strong administrative background and experience in F B, trademark / IP, and insurance claims, we'd love to hear from you!Assist with insurance claims and related documentation Qualifications8-10 years of HR experience in a managerial role Bachelor's degree in HR or related field In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law Familiarity with F B operations (advantageous) #J-18808-Ljbffr
