We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Primary Objectives: To provide process discipline-specific engineering services to Worley and its clients, and technical support and supervision within the discipline by leading a discipline team.Specific Accountabilities: Ensure all design work is safe, conforms to codes and standards, and is carried out safely.Supervise and coordinate senior engineers and engineers.Ensure all process engineering work is within budgets and schedules.Provide technical direction, advice, and control of process work.Liaise with client discipline representatives to establish technical direction.Define scope, estimate, and control progress of process engineering activities.Plan man-hour budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.Coordinate with other discipline lead engineers on technical issues.Assist in defining process engineering work, design approach, and deliverables.Coordinate and prepare input to Essential Process Documents, maintaining document integrity.Work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.Qualifications: Full-Time Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.MME engineering accreditation is mandatory; willingness to achieve if not held.Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent is advantageous.Industry Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Technical, practical, and leadership experience in process discipline, managing multi-disciplinary projects and teams.People Skills: Ability to work in diverse teams.Leadership, decision-making, and management skills.Ability to motivate and develop teams.Effective planning, goal setting, and resource management skills.Ability to manage conflict and negotiate successfully.Other Skills: Good English communication skills (spoken & written).Initiative, willingness to learn, and continuous improvement.Ability to work on multiple projects of various sizes.Effective in multidisciplinary team environments.Our Commitment: We're committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating a respectful workplace.
