In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, boost e-commerce performance, and support our retail distribution channels. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand and connect with fragrance enthusiasts across multiple platforms.What We Offer: A dynamic work environment with growth opportunities The chance to work with leading Arabian perfume brands Key Responsibilities: Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals, covering both digital and retail channels.Online Advertising: Manage advertising campaigns across PPC, display, and social media to drive website traffic, e-commerce sales, and in-store footfall.Retail Marketing: Support retail partners with effective marketing initiatives, in-store promotions, and brand activation campaigns to enhance customer engagement.SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize online visibility.Content Marketing: Lead content creation and distribution across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and retail-focused materials.Social Media Management: Drive social media engagement to strengthen our brand presence and support both online and in-store campaigns.Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive sales across channels.Analytics & Insights: Monitor and analyze the performance of both digital campaigns and retail marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI across all channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with web development, design, e-commerce, and retail teams to achieve marketing objectives.Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging marketing technologies to keep our brand competitive.Who We’re Looking For: A marketing professional with proven experience in both retail marketing and digital marketing, who can seamlessly bridge online strategies with in-store brand experiences.
