Package: 600k-800k AED.Description This Multi-Strategy Investment Manager with over 20 years' successful track record seeks a Lead Developer & Technical Architect for a newly created role designing, building, and implementing a Greenfield .Net, Python, and Azure-based Paa S (Platform as a Service) offering to enable the optimization of the Application Development community (over 70 developers) through standardized design and development patterns and faster shipping of tools and apps.Relocation and Visa: Paid in full Working model: Onsite in UAEFocus of role Managing relationships with parallel Application Development and Systems Engineering functions, identifying issues in Developers workflows.Design, build, and implement an Internal Development platform that enables self-service cloud environments.Establish best practices and patterns that facilitate seamless integration between Development and Cloud operations.Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures that support Agile development practices.Lead the creation of standardized deployment patterns for .NET and Python.Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines.Grow the team; you will be the first hire into this team, with 2 more Application Developer level individuals to be hired over the next 12 months.Skills and Experience required Fluency in English.Bachelor's / Master's in a STEM field.Minimum 10 years' Application Development and Architecture experience.Current expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC.Minimum 3 years' Python experience.Experience with Iaa C tools - Chef, Ansible, Terraform.Experience with Docker / Kubernetes (AKS or EKS).Minimum 5 years' Cloud experience with either Azure / AWS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
