ServiceNow Process Consultant

This is a key role for someone who thrives on shaping and optimising business processes through the Service Now platform and is ready to drive digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.About the Role As a Service Now Process Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing business processes on the Service Now platform, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.This is a client-facing role requiring strong business acumen, deep knowledge of Service Now capabilities, and a solid understanding of IT and business processes.Key Responsibilities- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements- Design and optimise end-to-end processes using Service Now best practices- Configure and customise Service Now modules to align with business goals- Work across Service Now applications including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and more- Facilitate workshops, training, and documentation for key users and stakeholders- Support testing, UAT, and change management activities Requirements- Proven experience as a Service Now Process Consultant or Business Analyst- Strong understanding of Service Now platform capabilities and modules- Experience in process design and optimisation, ideally across ITIL-based environments- Excellent communication and client-facing skills- Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable- Previous experience working in the Middle East is a plus Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
