PIPING DESIGNER

We are looking for a seasoned Piping Designer with strong S3D (Smart 3D) experience to support layout development for offshore oil & gas projects. This role demands a deep understanding of offshore design practices, 3D modeling, and interface coordination.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and model complex piping systems in Smart 3D (S3D) in accordance with project specifications, offshore codes, and Saudi Aramco standards.Prepare piping layout drawings, isometrics, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and pipe support drawings.Participate in 3D model reviews, clash detection, and resolution processes.Coordinate with piping engineers, mechanical engineers, and other discipline designers to ensure design accuracy and integration.Generate material take-offs (MTOs) from the 3D model and support procurement.Incorporate site and fabrication feedback into design deliverables and maintain as-built documentation.Ensure compliance with safety, constructability, and maintenance accessibility requirements.KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.8-15 years of experience in piping design for offshore oil & gas projects.Proficient in Smart 3D (S3D) and other design tools such as Micro Station or Auto CAD as needed.Familiarity with Saudi Aramco offshore design standards is strongly preferred.Solid knowledge of piping systems, materials, valve and flange standards, and offshore installation constraints.Strong visualization and layout optimization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
