They are seeking a hands-on Engineer to lead and mentor the IT support team, driving process improvements, automation, and ensuring compliance with security standards. This role will manage a team of 3 support engineers and optimize AI Agents.In this role, you will focus on optimizing service desk operations and wider IT Infrastructure, monitor SLAs, and maintain a lean, efficient structure while fostering continuous improvement.
