The campus, which opened in January 2005, has over 6,300 students from more than 120 nationalities. As the University continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Communications and Content Executive to join the team, of whom will play a fundamental role in managing our external brand image as well as enhancing our brand positioning both in domestic and international markets.Job Description About the Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Executive in Digital Marketing and SEO to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting engaging, SEO-driven content and who understands the digital landscape. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials across web, email, and social platforms, optimising content for SEO, and supporting broader digital marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.Plan and produce SEO-optimised website content to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.Develop content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and events.Repurpose long-form content into digestible assets across multiple formats (e.g., infographics, videos, carousels).SEO and Web Content Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content development and ensure SEO best practices.Optimise existing website content for improved organic search performance.Collaborate with the web and design teams to ensure content layout, tone, and messaging are aligned with UX best practices.Monitor content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.Campaign Support Create engaging ad copy for Google Ads, social media, and retargeting campaigns.Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with academic and administrative departments to gather content requirements and translate complex information into user-friendly copy.Support internal communications by drafting newsletters, announcements, and email content.Work closely with internal stakeholders (designers, developers, admissions, etc.) to align messaging across all touchpoints.Maintain brand tone of voice across all digital content.Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and content strategies.Content Planning & Governance Contribute to editorial calendars and content plans in line with key academic and marketing timelines.Maintain quality control through regular content audits and updates to ensure accuracy and relevancy.Requirements Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms, ideally within the education or public sector.Strong SEO writing and editing skills, including knowledge of keyword research, metadata, and content performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).Experience writing for marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and promotional copy.Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Drupal, Sitecore) and familiarity with basic HTML is desirable.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the institution.Desirable Qualifications Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or public-sector communications are preferred.Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive language principles in content design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
