Legal Assistant - Intern

Job Overview: Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and managing contracts and relevant documents.Conduct detailed review and verification of KYC documents for partners and clients and assist partners in completing their KYC questionnaires.Support handling judicial requests for evidence collection and preparation of necessary documentation.Assist in monitoring and managing trademark applications and registration processes.Coordinate and facilitate communications and document exchanges with external legal counsels.Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing internal compliance documentation and legal reports.Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or a related field; candidates who have passed the judicial examination or have relevant internship experience are preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills; highly responsible and detail-oriented.Proficient in using office software including Word, Excel, and PPT.Excellent command of English with strong skills in legal document comprehension and drafting.Strong interest or familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
