With state-of-the-art technology and a patient-centered approach, we are committed to excellence in clinical care, innovation, and patient experience.Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant in Dermatology to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical dermatology care while also leading a full-scope cosmetic dermatology practice, including minimally invasive procedures, aesthetic treatments, and laser therapies.This is a key leadership role contributing to the growth of an integrated, high-end dermatology service within a multidisciplinary environment.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions, including chronic skin disorders, infections, and skin cancers.Conduct full skin examinations, biopsies, and minor surgical procedures.Collaborate with other medical specialties for holistic patient care.Supervise junior doctors and contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.Perform advanced cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, PRP, microneedling, and laser treatments.Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment.Keep abreast of the latest advancements in cosmetic dermatology and introduce innovative services.Maintain strict safety and ethical standards in aesthetic practice.Support the development of protocols, guidelines, and best practices within the department.Contribute to business development by advising on service expansion and patient engagement strategies.Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and continuous medical education.Qualifications & Requirements Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology.Board certification (e.g., American Board, Arab Board, UK CCT, or equivalent).Minimum 10 years of post-specialization experience, with proven expertise in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology.Valid or eligible for licensing with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
