Job Description The Market Management and Product Expansion Team serves as the market leaders with deep knowledge of local requirements and needs, helping shape product strategy for the market and expand the Treasury Services footprint.As a Product Manager within JP Morgan’s Treasury Services’ Product Management team, you will be responsible for implementing the firm’s strategy, product capability, and development in the United Arab Emirates, as well as supporting the Treasury Services franchise in the Middle East region. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholder groups to shape product strategy and expand the Treasury Services footprint.Job Responsibilities Own and support product rollout and market adoption.Serve as the ‘voice of the market’ to ensure regulatory requirements and client, partner, and sales needs are prioritized.Support EMEA product management with required market approvals and regional requirements (local government, regulators, and regional nuances).Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels.Tailor and execute commercialization activities and collateral to fit and resonate with the market.Ensure the product is ready for market release by obtaining sign-off, interfacing with regulators, and working with partners to vet local readiness.Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.Advocate for market expansion and drive business targets.Represent J.P. Morgan Payments at regulators, industry events, and client meetings, showcasing capabilities and thought leadership.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Demonstrated experience in Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, and relationship management.Knowledge and understanding of payments products.Proven ability to lead large-scale programs with organization-wide impact through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with payment systems, protocols, and product management (Channels, Liquidity, Core Cash, etc.).Ability to operate effectively in a time-sensitive environment while multitasking.Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Effective collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.Commercially minded with creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.Comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting priorities.High financial literacy, including understanding of assets, liabilities, balance sheets, large exposures, and deposit placement risks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
