Job Overview Experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator with over 5 years of hands‑on experience to support our growing operations across the UAE and wider region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day sales activities supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment between departments for smooth execution.Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Regional and Area Sales Managers to support day‑to‑day sales operations.Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the Estimation team to ensure timely submissions.Maintain updated enquiry logs and sales registers.Track rental utilisation and prepare relevant forecasts.Assist in preparing sales performance reports, forecasts and summaries for management.Support the creation of marketing materials and the execution of digital and social media campaigns.Coordinate with external marketing partners for campaign implementation.Assist in planning and organising exhibitions, trade shows and other marketing events.Key Qualities & Skills Minimum 35 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing coordination role (construction or industrial sector experience is a plus).Confident, self‑driven and highly organized.Strong communication skills (English verbal & written).Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.Knowledge of technical writing SEO or SMO is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.UAE driving licence is preferred.Key Skills Sales Experience,Microsoft Office,Customer Service,Hotel Experience,Hospitality Experience,Basic Math,Microsoft Powerpoint,Salesforce,Filing,Project Management Software,Administrative Experience,Sales Support Employment Type: Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1Monthly Salary: 8000 - 10000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
