Key Accountabilities : Implement approved recruitment strategy for client and JVs.Establish recruiting plan by studying organization manpower requirements, anticipating needs (internal/external trends), and collaborating with managers to realize the manpower requirements.Assist the Head of HR shared services in preparing the recruitment budget.Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (reviewing JD, screening resumes, preliminary/formal interviews, etc.)Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, cost per hire, time to hire, recommend changes and improvements, and introduce standardized terms and conditions in line with the company’s P&P and budgetary plans.Develop plans, acquire management approvals, and execute overseas recruitment campaigns for mass recruitment.Analyze recruitment software and recommend and implement changes to maximize utilization and streamline processes.Serve as brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events, to network and build relationships with potential candidates.Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.Seek market intelligence proactively to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.Review and screen applications, evaluate qualifications, conduct prescreen interviews, coordinate pre-employment tests, and develop shortlists of potential candidates.Participate in the offer process, including negotiating offers with candidates.Develop and maintain an international network of recruiters, contacts, and candidates via diverse mediums, including social media.Plan recruitment trips to source high-caliber candidates through university fairs or similar events, promoting a positive image of the client and JVs.Develop advertising programs related to recruitment plans and coordinate with agencies to publish job advertisements.Identify appropriate recruitment channels and build relationships with external sourcing channels.Perform candidate searches using databases, networking, internet resources, and internal databases as required.Verify credentials and conduct reference checks once approved by the candidate.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with HR and managers, providing feedback as needed.Participate in campus and related venues for candidate identification and recruitment, aligned with the company's national development program.Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation, and emphasizing benefits.Ensure mutual understanding of staffing priorities and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.Maintain a database of vacant positions and source candidates in line with manpower plans.Measure HR recruiters' performance and provide feedback to improve team performance.Develop KPIs and SLAs to ensure continuous service delivery improvements aligned with company objectives.Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE) : Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to ensure safe, secure, and environmentally responsible service.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures : Benchmark and develop recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and recommend modifications as necessary.Ensure full compliance with guidelines related to sourcing, selection, and engagement of candidates.Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.Key Result Areas Lead a team to maintain an effective recruitment function.Perform end-to-end recruitment activities.Fill all job vacancies on time.Attend various job fairs at educational institutions in Qatar.Develop and draft employment offers.Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies inside and outside Qatar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
