Provides baked goods and prepped items by preparing and baking menu items according to recipes and brand standards.Upholds the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality, and customer service standards.Essential Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of a variety of baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.Accurately measure and mix ingredients, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance of baked products.Fulfill the production list provided by management, including all baked goods and/or prep items.Execute all recipes consistently according to the recipes and standards.Ensure all baked goods reflect the highest standards of quality, consistency, aesthetics, and taste.Demonstrate safe food handling practices and follow safety procedures for equipment use and cleaning.Operate and monitor equipment such as mixers and choppers, following safety protocols; sanitize work areas during and after use.Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.People Management Roles and Responsibilities Desired Candidate Profile Education/Certification and Continued Education A degree from an accredited culinary school or program.Certification in Food and Beverage/Catering is an advantage.Experience Minimum two to three years of professional kitchen experience required.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
