We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Managerto lead and strengthen our sales efforts across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will work closely with other departments to proactively identify new business opportunities, drive strategic client engagement, and expand our market footprint across both government and private sectors. This role demands a commercially savvy individual with strong relationship-building skills and a solid understanding of the tendering process. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Managerto lead and strengthen our sales efforts across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will work closely with other departments to proactively identify new business opportunities, drive strategic client engagement, and expand our market footprint across both government and private sectors. This role demands a commercially savvy individual with strong relationship-building skills and a solid understanding of the tendering process. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy aligned with the group’s overall business objectives. Identify new sales opportunities in existing and emerging markets, including public and private sector clients. Work closely with the Tenders Department to align bidding efforts with business goals and market intelligence. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and trends. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Initiate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders. Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry exhibitions. Prepare and deliver professional presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs. Coordination & Support Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Tenders, Technical, Procurement) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions. Provide client feedback and market insights to the tendering and proposal teams to enhance bid quality. Support in pre-qualification efforts and assist in gathering documentation for tenders and RFQs. Sales Performance & Reporting Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance against targets. Submit regularsales reports and forecasts to senior management. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market developments. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales infacility management Proven track record in developing new business and achieving revenue targets. Strong knowledge ofgovernment and private tendering processes . Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research platforms. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
