IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities: Ensure ongoing compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Understand the full user identity and access management lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. Maintain healthcare sector identity management lifecycle and compliance for healthcare providers, insurance providers, and partners. Conduct periodic credential and access reviews for healthcare entities. Identify, evaluate, and participate in decision-making regarding new and emerging IAM technologies; support other areas of Information Security. Manage administration activities across various platforms, applications, and systems, ensuring access aligns with global IAM policies, standards, and procedures. Define and maintain a robust access control framework to ensure appropriate access and enforce segregation of duties across multiple cloud providers and platforms. Develop an IAM governance model and coordinate its implementation. Create policies and procedures for identity lifecycle management, including registration, access provisioning, role-based access control, and deprovisioning. Automate IAM tasks to reduce manual efforts, increase efficiency, and minimize errors. Integrate IAM technologies with existing systems and infrastructure, including cloud services, using APIs and middleware. Regularly audit IAM policies and practices to ensure compliance with standards and industry best practices. Respond to and investigate security incidents related to compromised credentials and unauthorized access. Stay updated on the latest trends in identity, authentication, and authorization, including biometrics, multifactor authentication, and Web3 technologies. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure security practices meet organizational requirements. Manage the day-to-day operations of the IAM platform to ensure optimal functionality. Work with technical teams to maintain 100% availability and prevent outages of the production environment. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the IAM platform. Familiarity with password repository technologies and remote session governance, including related policies. Possess extensive knowledge of the IAM ecosystem, including technologies, standards, implementations, migrations, and operations. Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with ongoing education and training. 8-12 years of experience in the IAM field, with expertise in IAM, identity protection, and compliance practices. Preferred certifications related to IAM and cybersecurity. Certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, Okta, Azure, AWS, or Google in IAM. Ability to understand and work effectively across different cultures and with diverse audiences. Strong technical knowledge of IAM and PAM solutions. Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27k or NIST.#J-18808-Ljbffr
