Software QA Manager

Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe.Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing QA processes for complex, high-scale systems, including web and mobile applications. This role involves leading a team, overseeing API testing, and driving quality strategies aligned with product goals using Agile development methodologies. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team - Define and execute QA strategies for complex, integrated systems (web, mobile, backend) - Drive and participate in API testing to ensure robust and secure backend functionality - Coordinate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile environments - Promote QA best practices in test automation, regression testing, and defect tracking - Oversee test execution, defect triage, and ensure timely, high-quality releases - Monitor and report on quality metrics, system health, and test coverage - Continuously improve QA tools, processes, and automation frameworks Profile / Requirements : Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a QA or Test Manager role - Proven experience testing complex systems with multiple integrations - Strong hands-on experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) - Solid background in mobile app testing (i OS and Android) - Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and QA integration within Agile sprints - Skilled in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration - Proficiency with QA tools such as Jira, Test Rail, and Zephyr Qa Manager • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
