Overview Title: Regional Sales Manager - Medium Voltage Motors Location: Dubai, AEWe are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (F/M/D) to join our team at Innomotics. We are driving the energy transition by enabling our customers to boost energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gases, and minimize the carbon footprint of plants.Your Future Role As the Regional Sales Manager, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the O&G, WWW, Minerals & Energy Transition sectors. You will combine technical knowledge with strategic marketing and sales skills to meet customer expectations and provide optimized solutions for various applications. Fully exploit the market for the Innomotics portfolio in assigned regions to increase sales of Medium Voltage Motors and Drives.Key Responsibilities Develop solid and trusting relationships with key customers. Maximize market exploitation by identifying and developing new opportunities to win new business for Medium Voltage Motors & Medium Voltage Drives.Consult with customers on technical solutions and commercial concepts, and lead negotiations at all stages. Advise customers on capabilities and benefits to integrate the Innomotics portfolio for their applications.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence with Partners, OEMs, EPCs, Consultants and End Customers.Launch new portfolio elements and drive new program ideas that result in profitable market strategies.Lead the development and execution of customer account plans to achieve business goals within assigned key accounts and markets; collaborate with Applications Team to develop pricing strategies and customer solutions.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Oil & Gas, WWW, Minerals & Energy Transition Sectors. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.Accurately capture and record customer data and opportunities in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365).Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies; ensure effective communication within the organization.Track and analyze sales development metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness, account development progress, forecasting, and reporting to Regional Sales Head/Senior Management.Qualifications & Requirements10–12+ years of experience in Sales / Technical Sales for Medium Voltage Motors and Drives with strong subject matter knowledge.Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with IT tools to enhance communication.Analytical skills with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
