The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and construction sites, performing topographic surveys, and using total station equipment. Other tasks include preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys. The Land Surveyor will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.Qualifications Proficiency in Topographic Surveys, Surveying, and Land Surveying Experience with Total Station and Building Surveying Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work accurately Excellent communication and teamwork skills Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Professional certification as a surveyor is preferred Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as CADExperience in the construction industry within the UAE is an advantage Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
