The Sales Manager position in Doha, Qatar is a pivotal role that drives the sales strategy and execution for our organization. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop sales plans, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Implement training programs to improve the sales team's skills and knowledge. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance. Preferred Candidate: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Strong networking skills and local market knowledge.
