It offers an extensive range of transportation solutions across its four key business lines, including taxi services through its large, eco-friendly fleet; VIP limousine services made up of chauffeur-driven vehicles for luxury service; its bus services; and its last-mile delivery bike services.Across its business lines, DTC currently operates more than 9,000 vehicles (of which around 6,000 taxis) and managed a workforce of more than 17,500 driver partners.About the Role The role involves developing and integrating advanced AI models into existing systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and scalability while adapting to evolving business needs.Responsibilities Adapt to changing business requirements and build future-proof solutions grounded in solid software development practices and principles.Develop novel AI models tailored for specialized use cases, incorporating state-of-the-art embedding techniques and LLM capabilities.Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring alignment with current infrastructure and business processes.Collaborate with engineering teams to design backend systems and APIs that meet rigorous production standards and support future growth.Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze data.Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.Monitor and maintain AI systems in production.Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and the latest best practices in AI, machine learning, and LLM application development.Deploy and manage AI models using OCI services (a plus).Qualifications Proficiency in Python.Experience with Agentic RAG.Experience with vector databases & Saa S vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant).Experience with embedding approaches and models (e.g., text-embedding-3-large, all-mpnet-base-v2).Experience with one or more open-source AI frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index, Haystack, Crew AI, Auto Gen, etc.).Preferred Skills Experience with deploying AI models using OCI services.Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
