Description
● Implement and follow up customers’ needs and inquiries with the other departments.● Manage Logistics/ Customer services budget by developing cost-effective plans.● Follow up on customer feedback regarding the company services & products in order to avoid any problems.● Ensure that all orders are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.● Solve any problems related to customer complaints and queries.● Track and develop the company services that are provided to customers.● Make sure all logistic vehicles are safe and efficient during work, in accordance with requirements.Qualifications & Skills: ● Minimum 10 years of working experience in Customer Services & Logistics.● Minimum 5 years of people management experience.● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.● Record of successful distribution, logistics, and customer service.● Excellent written and oral communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
