Square Yards, the #1 pan-India distributor by revenues for primary residential real estate in India, and virtually monopolistic in key NRI markets, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales / Investment / Portfolio Manager in the field of real estate for the Abu Dhabi location. Company Overview The company has a presence in 10 countries including India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Australia, and Canada. Its customers are serviced by Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers, similar to private banking, offering services such as property purchase documentation, home loan/mortgage support, taxation & legal services, portfolio management, and restructuring. Responsibilities Drive sales and revenue generation for International Property Management (IPM). Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities and projects. Develop promotional campaigns around major product launches. Implement process and procedure improvements, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Develop and execute strategies, processes, and policies for regional operations, making necessary adjustments as needed. Develop investment strategies and recommendations to meet client objectives and maximize returns. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice, negotiation, and guidance on investment opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to assess and evaluate real estate projects for viability and profitability. Create a dynamic environment that fosters career development and motivates high performance among team members. Monitor and report on investment performance, providing regular updates to clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven sales experience in real estate for at least 1 year. Strong analytical skills to evaluate investment risks and opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Availability to work 5 days a week. Performance-based appraisals with up to 24 evaluations per year using self-goal sheets. Up to 40% incentives based on revenue, with 50% paid in advance and monthly payouts. Opportunities for career growth and promotions.
