Job Title: SAP Application Support Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT / Business Applications Job Summary We are seeking anexperienced and Arabic-speaking SAP Application Support Specialistto join our IT department. The ideal candidate must have aminimum of 8 years of hands-on experiencein supporting, customizing, and maintaining SAP applications within enterprise environments. This role involves close collaboration with business units and IT teams to ensure SAP solutions are aligned with organizational needs and operate smoothly and securely.Key Responsibilities SAP Application Support: Deliver expert-level daily support for SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, HCM), resolving functional and technical issues promptly. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and resolve application errors, apply patches, and ensure the stability and security of SAP environments. Customization & Development: Contribute to the customization and enhancement of SAP solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems. Business Requirement Translation: Engage with business stakeholders to analyze functional requirements and translate them into SAP technical solutions. User Training & Support: Provide end-user support, including conducting training sessions, creating user guides, and responding to support requests. Project Coordination: Support small to medium SAP-related projects, ensuring timely execution, task tracking, and status reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT developers, SAP consultants, business units, and vendors to ensure robust system performance and delivery. Compliance & Risk Management: Guarantee all SAP configurations and transactions comply with local tax laws, audit requirements, and internal policies. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other IT systems and application support activities as assigned.Requirements Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) — both spoken and written. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of SAP application support experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of SAP modules (preferably FI, MM, SD, HCM). Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with SAP Basis and ABAP debugging. Basic knowledge of interfacing technologies (e.g., IDocs, RFCs, APIs). Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users. Project Exposure: Experience working on SAP implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects is preferred.
