Overview Elevate Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage firm seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Secondary Market / Off Plan to manage, mentor, and elevate a team of 3–5 real estate agents specializing in a defined area. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in these communities, a proven track record in closing resale deals, and the ability to demonstrate success in managing and growing a high-performing sales team.Responsibilities Lead, train, and mentor a team of 3–5 agents Set and monitor sales targets for each community/agent Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation, and market-specific strategies for the resale and off-plan sectors Assist agents in closing transactions, handling client objections, and optimizing deal structures Leverage existing client networks to generate new leads in assigned areas Keep the team updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and competitive insights Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professionalism and top-tier service Report performance metrics and sales updates to senior management Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies Qualifications Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage2–3 years of proven experience in Dubai’s secondary market/off-plan market Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a sales team Strong track record in closing resale property/off-plan transactions Existing client base with established industry connections Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills RERA certification (preferred)Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Personal car and Dubai driving license Competitive salary plus attractive commission structure Company SIM card for uninterrupted communication Full marketing & admin support so you can focus on closing deals Employment Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Management Note: This description reflects the role as stated and does not include extraneous postings or site-specific notices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
