SHES LEAD

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, or engineering; or NEBOSH National / International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; or British Safety Council Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Certifications: Tap Root Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (or equivalent RCA tool).Experience: 8 years of experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role involving service/vendor personnel.Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.Experience working in large-scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, etc.Sound knowledge of project execution processes in large-scale project environments.Knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs.Responsibilities: Support the NFS Onshore EPC project in all SHES-related disciplines and scope of work, acting as a key focal point for site activities in coordination with the SHES Head/Manager.Provide oversight on-site for newly onboarded EPC CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR(s), and Vendors to ensure understanding and compliance with project SHES requirements. Monitor site SHES programs and practices, reviewing data and systems as required.Promote on-site SHES awareness and safe practices among CONTRACTOR and PMT. Attend Tool-Box Talks (TBT) and Task Instructions (TI) daily, providing coaching to maximize their effectiveness.Assist the SHES Head/Manager in ensuring site SHES and regulatory compliance during project activities, including reviewing CONTRACTOR SHES Plans and key documents.Verify SHES resource allocation, competencies, and performance in assigned areas. Monitor newly mobilized SHES personnel, providing mentoring and development opportunities.
