In this role you will get to work on different types of urban development projects that will change the fabric of our cities.What You'll Be Doing: Assist in preparing urban planning studies and develop master plans at local, regional, and strategic level.Develop graphics for master planning output (diagrams, collages, sketches)Perform professional planning and urban design tasks, research and analysis, under the guidance and supervision of an experienced urban designer / planner.Assist in developing technical inputs to support the delivery of high-quality plans, reports, and presentations.What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Design, Architecture or closely related field.Experience in producing conceptual designs and illustrative layouts.Creative thinking and in depth understanding of current best practices.Excellent writing and oral communication skills Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Masters degree is urban planning /design or architecture Ability to perform well in a team, with proactive approach and sense of ownership on projects.Proficiency in 3d modelling software (Rhino, Sketchup)Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
