Handover Coordinator

Coordinate Mechanical Completion (MC) and System Completion (SC) processes leading up to final handover.Track punch list items, dossier completion, and system walkdowns.Compile and verify handover documentation including ITRs, test packs, redlines, and vendor data.Interface with QA/QC, commissioning, and client representatives to align handover schedules.Maintain system handover matrix and update project completion tools.Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.4+ years of experience in project completions or handover roles in oil & gas projects.Familiar with project completion systems such as Win PCS, PIMS, or Omega.Understanding of construction and commissioning workflows.Strong coordination and documentation control skills.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
