Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description JOB DESCRIPTIONRemarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world.The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer with a proven track record in understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high-profile client.RESPONSIBILITIESKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Undertake Civil design work of units as required, supervise and check works of assigned engineers on the project as appropriate Execute Civil engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the design Ensure that detail design methods, standards and data used conform with Client's requirements and / or those issued Competent in the use of relevant software and Instrumentation & Control discipline specific software.Review and approve Civil Diagrams, P&IDs, PSFS, DPTDs, Equipment & Civil specifications, Structural Descriptions, cause, and Effect chart etc.Review and approve dynamic simulation study, transient study, surge study, Minimum Metal Design Temperature (MDMT) study, etc.Review and approve depressurization studies, flare load estimation and flare system design Ensure a high standard of safety is achieved and Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures are followed Review and approve safety related calculations and provide input to HAZOP, SIL and other safety reviews as require Identifying new methodology of work instrumentation required for higher productivity Contribute where necessary to review of supplier quotations and reviews of the project Ensure that requirements of Licensor's Secrecy Agreements are known and complied within the work performed Participate in technical meetings and handle discussions with client engineers Identification of issues that impede project progress and reporting to Project Managers, Engineering Manager / Discipline heads Be willing to mentor and engage in the training and development of junior engineers in the team Assist project team in the preparation of planning package, scheduling, weekly reporting etc.Assist as required in the preparation of pre - commissioning, commission procedures and operating Manuals Provided assistance in Manhours estimation and scheduling for proposals QUALIFICATIONSSkills And Qualifications What makes you remarkable?At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
