Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes collaboration, curiosity, and student well‑being. Use technology and innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences. Assess student progress through varied, authentic methods and provide timely, constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to plan cohesive units and contribute to ongoing curriculum development. Participate actively in the school’s co‑curricular and community programmes to support holistic learning. Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a subject‑related degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching licence or equivalent) in Mathematics. Proven experience teaching High School Mathematics, ideally within an American or IB curriculum context (preferred but not essential). Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and support students through engaging, purposeful learning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and reflective approach. Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school’s positive, inclusive culture.
