Senior Manager - IT Application Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Application Development Senior Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of IT Applications across the group, ensuring that they are aligned with the business objectives and meet the needs of our internal and external stakeholders.This role will lead a team of developers and ensure that they are meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work while mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Professional certification in project management is an advantage.Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Application Development, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.Able to design, develop, integrate, and implement IT Application systems across different platforms.Can effectively coordinate all aspects of IT applications with other business owners, which include but are not limited to product development, quality, and business development.Strong knowledge of application development methodologies and technologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
