Medical Laboratory Technologist (Al Barsha 2-Grove Mall)Location: Al Barsha 2-Grove Mall, Dubai, UAEResponsibilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment following established protocols.Perform various tests, including hematological, biochemical, serological, and other specialized analyses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Verify test results by reviewing patient history and previous results for consistency and reliability.Conduct routine quality control on all test systems to ensure result accuracy.Participate in proficiency testing and support laboratory accreditation efforts.Assist the laboratory manager with additional tasks as needed.Perform phlebotomy procedures when required.Stay updated on laboratory practices through workshops, publications, and professional networking.Promote effective collaboration within and between departments for seamless workflow.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant lab environment following safety protocols, including infection control and waste management.Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times.Supports all hospital infection control programs.Requirements Bachelor's or Associate degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, chemistry, biology, or related field.Active DHA license as a Clinical Medical Lab Technologist.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Skilled in handling laboratory equipment and test materials precisely.Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision.Ability to remain calm under pressure and possess strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Strong organizational skills for task prioritization and management.Preferred: Experience in CAP, ISO, or JCI accredited laboratories.Additional Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Healthcare Provider Industries: Healthcare, IT Services and Consulting Referrals can double your chances of interview success at Glu Care.Health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
