It requires extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to manage the lifecycle of card customers and achieve business goals.Responsibilities: Support profit and growth for cards, including revenue, credit costs (Fraud), and costs Assist in product management for cards, audit, compliance, and handling complaints Guide and support strategies to generate revenue through products aligned with the consumer banking strategy, focusing on bank-wide value Provide guidance to client-facing professionals and sales teams to address complex client needs through products, collaborating with the acquisitions vertical Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth in partnership with the internal marketing team and acquisitions Implement end-to-end solutions for all client segments to enhance customer experience Train internal stakeholders on product offerings to facilitate product rollout Conduct competitive benchmarking and review product pricing periodically Corporate Security Responsibilities: All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risks.
