Client of REEQWEST HR Consultancy Solutions Job Summary Our Client a leading real estate development firm with a growing portfolio of premium residential and commercial projects in UAE.Key Responsibilities: • Financial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to maximize profitability and shareholder value• Capital Optimization: Structure innovative financing solutions (debt/equity/JVs) with local and international partners.• Risk Management: Implement robust frameworks for currency, interest rate, and regulatory compliance• Investment Analysis: Lead feasibility studies and underwriting for new development opportunities• Operational Excellence: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all projects• Investor Relations: Serve as primary liaison with banks, PE firms, and institutional investors• Digital Transformation: Integrate proptech solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting Job Requirements: • 15+ years progressive experience in real estate finance, with 5+ years in C-suite leadership• Expert-level financial modeling (DCF, Argus) and capital structuring skills• Deep understanding of UAE real estate regulations• Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus• CFA/CPA/MBA strongly preferred• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software• Ability to strategize and solve problems• Strong leadership and organizational skills• Excellent communication and people skills• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
