HBN Growth Limited is hiring a Senior Client Acquisition & Onboarding Manager to communicate with inbound U.S. business leads, understand their needs, explain our program clearly, and close them into our service. This is a client-facing communication and sales role with no cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

Respond instantly to hot inbound leads from U.S. businesses

Communicate clearly in neutral American-style English

Identify business pain points and position our solution

Handle objections professionally

Guide prospects into booked appointments or close them on the call

Complete onboarding for new clients using Go High Level (training provided)

Maintain CRM records and follow structured communication processes

Represent HBN Growth Limited with professionalism on every call

Requirements

Excellent spoken English (neutral/U.S.-style preferred)

Strong persuasive communication and confidence

Experience handling objections and difficult conversations

Ability to understand business problems and offer clear solutions

Prior experience in sales, client communication, support, or coordination

Ability to work U.S. hours (8 PM 4 AM PKT)

Stable internet and a quiet workspace

Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with a performance-driven environment

Compensation

Base Salary:

PKR 80,000 per month

Commission:

PKR 20,000 per closed client

Earnings Potential for top performers:

PKR 150,000 350,000+ per month
