Description
As a Service Now SPM Technical Architect , you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of custom Service Now SPM solutions, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, guide the solutioning process, and oversee the technical implementation.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Service Now SPM solutions, including custom builds tailored to client specifications.• Provide technical leadership in Service Now SPM projects , ensuring the solution is scalable, optimized, and aligned with best practices.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Service Now SPM suite (including Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Project Management).• Oversee the integration of Service Now SPM with other enterprise applications and platforms.• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-documented implementations by adhering to established Service Now SPM development guidelines and architecture principles.• Mentor and guide senior consultants, developers, and project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and maintaining the technical integrity of the solution.• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with Service Now's capabilities and industry standards.Requirements: • SPM Certification is mandatory.• Proven experience in Service Now SPM implementations, including large-scale and complex projects.• Expertise in custom builds within the Service Now SPM platform, including the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions.• In-depth knowledge of Service Now SPM modules (Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Project Management, etc.).• Strong background in Service Now platform architecture , scripting, workflows, and integrations.• Ability to provide strategic and technical guidance to clients on the best practices for Service Now SPM .• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.• Relevant Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
