More information is available on our website or Linked In.Responsibilities (Post Contract): Commercial Contract Administration including remeasurement, interim and final account payment applications, assessment of costs, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, management of nominated sub-contractors, insurances, bonds, and attendance at design and commercial meetings.Experiences and Qualifications: Previous experience with FIDIC Contracts preferred.Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.Minimum 5 years of post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.Experience in sectors such as hospitality, residential buildings, infrastructure, etc.At least 4 years of experience with a consultant and/or client background.Proficiency in QS software like Cost X or similar.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Good project background, technical writing ability, and skills in English.Rewards and Benefits: Competitive salary Accommodation and transportation allowances22 days annual leave Medical and life insurance Company gratuity scheme Discretionary bonus scheme Annual flight allowance to point of origin Equal Opportunities Statement: Atkins Realis is committed to eliminating discrimination and promoting diversity.
