The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Lead daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring smooth delivery of age-appropriate activities and active staff supervision.Supervise reception duties, ensuring accurate guest registration, security checks, and parent communication.Train and guide attendants on SOPs, activity planning, child behavior management, and hygiene standards.Coordinate and support special events, themed activities, and babysitting services when required.Monitor enforcement of club rules and ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment at all times.Report incidents, feedback, and operational needs to the Manager while supporting administrative responsibilities.About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; childcare experience and sports background.Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.Aboutthe Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
