As we scale, we’re building a powerful internal CRM system to support our operations — and that’s where you come in.We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developerto join our in-house team in Dubai. You will be responsible forbuilding, designing, and maintaining a custom CRM platformthat will support our daily real estate operations — including lead tracking, property management, agent performance dashboards, and more.This is ahands-on, office-based rolewhere you will collaborate directly with our sales and marketing teams, working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and user-friendlycustom CRM system.Build clean, responsive front-end interfaces for agents and admins.Design and implement robust backend features: user roles, deal tracking, reminders, reporting, etc.Integrate APIs (email, Whats App, SMS, property portals).Maintain data privacy and system security standards.Continuously test, optimize, and iterate based on team feedback.Provide occasional technical support to internal users.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.Proficiency in both front-end (React, Vue.js, HTML/CSS) and back-end (Node.js, Laravel, Django) technologies.Experience with databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, or Mongo DB).Strong understanding of CRM architecture and user workflows.Previous experience building admin panels, dashboards, or internal tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Must bebased in Dubaiand able to work on-site full-time.Real estate or lead management system experience is a plus.Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Dubai, UAE (On-Site)Type: Full-Time Company: Antari Properties About Antari Properties Antari Properties is a fast-growing real estate startup based in the heart of Dubai, dedicated to redefining the property investment experience.
