Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Project Planner to support the successful delivery of infrastructure and utility projects in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in project scheduling and a desire to develop their expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Ensure that all planning updates are consistent with approved project frameworks and timelines.Provide accurate scheduling data to support overall project control, including time, cost, and resource planning.Generate reports, Gantt charts, S-curves, and resource histograms to track progress and support decision-making.Incorporate approved changes into baseline schedules and keep all documentation current.Assist senior planners in reviewing project progress and updating programmes as needed.Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to accurately cost-load schedules and support forecasting activities.Coordinate with site teams and project managers to ensure timely and consistent updates.Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the schedule, escalating where necessary for resolution.Requirements: Previous experience scheduling construction or utility-based projects.Hands-on knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.Familiarity with data organization principles and planning workflows.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across various teams and disciplines.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Share Point.Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying project risks or delays.What’s on Offer: Fully serviced accommodation provided, ensuring a stress-free relocation.Shared company vehicle included for convenient commuting.5% employer-funded pension contribution to support your future.Comprehensive VHI medical insurance included.Return flights covered to and from your home country.Annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Interested in shaping infrastructure in Dublin?If you’re a motivated planner looking to contribute to essential projects and grow your technical expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
