You’ll be part of a high-energy environment that values teamwork, results, and community spirit.What You’ll Do Deliver personalized training sessions and build strong client relationships Help members achieve their fitness goals through expert coaching and motivation Represent the brand’s energetic, community-focused ethos both on and off the gym floor Maintain high professional standards and uphold the facility’s premium service quality What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of personal training experience preferred Recognised personal training qualification (minimal REPs Level 3 or equivalent)Confident, knowledgeable, and approachable personality Passion for fitness and commitment to helping others achieve results Must currently be based in the UAE (local hires preferred)Compensation & Benefits First 3 months: Base salary: AED 4,500 + 50/50 split on PT sessions After first 3 months: AED 150 per session for first 40 sessions + 60% commission thereafter Visa Medical insurance provided Uniform provided30 days paid annual leave + air ticket allowance every 2 years6-day work week (schedule based on client requirements)Shift Type: First 3 months – shifts based on the business, 6 days working, 1 day off.No set schedule thereafter - schedule to be based on the PT client requirements.
