You will support Project Managers in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive project performance. You will be assigned to multiple projects and support the OU controller with business controlling. How you'll make an impact Drive service sales and business development activities across assigned countries and market segments (e.g., Utilities, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, EPCs, Industrial clients). Provide input to the Project Execution Plan on financial aspects, with education in accounting and finance and experience in project accounting. Prepare project invoices, financial accounting, and reporting. Drive project cash flow, oversee currency risk and tax issues. Ensure the accuracy of project balance sheets and income statements, as well as cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecasts. Support the Project Manager in adherence to corporate governance, internal control, and country-specific finance directives and instructions. Download financial information from Hitachi Energy’s reporting tools, consolidate, and analyze results, requiring good Excel skills and experience working with large data sets. Support monthly closing and reporting processes, with basic experience in accounting and finance and a willingness to learn new skills. Assist with various ad hoc analyses to manage costs, cash, and utilization of the OUs/HUB. Your background A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance is preferred. 0-5 years of project controlling or finance experience in the Energy or T&D industries.
