You will work closely with and support the strategic account organization, coordinating with a network of internal and external suppliers to build winning tenders for projects. This role involves utilizing your electrical knowledge to design considerations for electrical packages, including power distribution, backup power, and applications ranging from Low Voltage (LV) to Medium Voltage (MV), such as data centers.What You’ll Do Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and their applications in scenarios like data centers and industry.Engage with targeted customer engineering teams and consultants.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer challenges and sell technical concepts.Work within a matrix environment with Key Account Managers, Business Units, and Projects.Support tender development by building clear tenders and aligning with stakeholders on pricing and strategies.Present technical information to audiences in various settings.Participate in the sales process, providing technical support during opportunity qualification, design influence, and quotations.Collaborate with peers in business units, Lifecycle Support, and Product Engineering.Support customer engagement during design and tendering phases.Evaluate bids for go/no-go decisions, build technical and commercial offers, and conduct tender reviews.Follow up on tenders with customer presentations and refinements.Assist in project handovers, detailing agreements and managing risks.Provide ongoing technical support during project execution.Qualifications Electrical Engineering Degree.Significant electrical engineering experience, preferably with power distribution and backup power knowledge.Skills Team player with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Self-starter and problem solver.Excellent verbal and written English skills.Experience with data centers and automation is a plus.What We Offer You Be part of a company with over 100 years of industry presence and impact.Annual mentoring, Eaton University, recognition programs.Global learning and career development opportunities.Diverse, agile team environment.State-of-the-art systems and onboarding support.Hybrid work model for work-life balance.Living and Working in Dubai Dubai offers a vibrant lifestyle, modern architecture, luxurious amenities, and a rich cultural scene.
