Guest Service Manager (Female)

A largest Health club located in Doha - Qatar needs to hire the following position: Job Title: Guest Service Manager (Female)Job Description: Providing help & advice to customers using the club’s services. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face. Investigating & solving customer problems. Handling customer complaints or any major incidents. Writing reports analyzing the customer service provided by the club and offering recommendations. Developing feedback or complaints procedures for members & guests. Improving customer service procedures, policies & standards for the club. Learning about the club services and staying updated on changes, packages, and promotions. Keeping ahead of developments in customer service. Conducting tours for visitors & potential members to showcase the club’s facilities. Managing customer relations. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in the same position. Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
