(Senior Specialist - Human Resources Policies and Planning)Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job Code: JPC- 4835Job Title: Senior Specialist - Human Resources Policies and Planning Location: Dubai Experience: 5+ years Education: Bachelor’s Degree Contract Type: 1 year and renewable Working days: 5 days Benefits: Health insurance Language: Arabic & English Key Skills Monitor, study, and develop internal human resources systems, legislation, and policies, and document them in accordance with quality systems.Prepare and develop the organization's organizational structure, clarifying the units and their relationships, distributing roles, and defining proposed administrative titles.Job Description Use statistical methods to forecast human resources, such as quantitative methods and methods based on estimating work effort, matching demand with supply, addressing surplus with deficit, and identifying current and future staff needs.Develop policies and procedures, and prepare a manual for all activities and tasks related to human resources.Propose simplifications of work procedures, design and develop models, and update the human resources procedures manual in coordination with relevant departments.Measure time and effort spent on procedures, analyze workflows, and identify areas for improvement.Review employee suggestions and feedback regarding procedural problems.Prepare reports related to policies and planning, providing recommendations and solutions.Develop and monitor career succession plans to prepare employees for leadership roles.Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and HR authority matrices.Supervise the development and updating of competency matrices linked to job titles.Prepare policies for performance management, conduct training workshops, and oversee evaluation processes.Develop performance indicators, measure results, and prepare analytical reports.Determine workforce requirements, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans.Implement new policies and strategies, and update job structures and policies based on strategic plans and benchmarking.Develop career paths, job descriptions, and evaluate and classify jobs.Implement policies for employee empowerment, motivation, recognition, and rewards.Review termination procedures and conduct employee satisfaction surveys, providing recommendations.Participate in resolving employee issues and supporting career development to foster a positive work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
