Title: Head of Operations - Institutional Digital Assets Location: Dubai Salary: 45-53K AEDHead of Operations – Institutional Digital Assets About the Role My client, a fully regulated institutional digital asset trading platform in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and scale their trading and custody operations. The role will oversee daily operational activities, manage key service provider relationships, and drive efficiency through process automation and workflow optimization. This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily trading operations, custody workflows, settlement, and reconciliation processes.Build and lead a high-performing team across trading, custody, and client services.Implement operational risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.Collaborate with technology teams to enhance infrastructure, integrations, and automation.Act as the primary operational contact for institutional clients.Manage relationships with exchanges, custodians, banks, and other key partners.Lead regulatory reporting, audits, and business continuity initiatives.Requirements8+ years’ experience in financial services operations, ideally in crypto, asset management, hedge funds, or brokerage.Deep understanding of digital asset markets, custody solutions, and trading systems.Proven track record in building and managing operations teams in regulated environments.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.Knowledge of regional financial market regulations is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
