A leading distributor of medical equipment`s is looking to hire a Purchasing Officer for their office based in Abu Dhabi.Job Responsibilities: Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Create all the Purchase Order (Local & International)Nominate a freight forwarder Updating every day, the purchase order monitoring sheet Working on all governmental portal (shipment-clearance-classification-registration)Education & other requirements: Bachelor`s Degree Years of experience: 2 – 3 Years relevant UAE experience Working Hrs. and Days: 7am – 4.30: pm, Sundays to Fridays – Saturday Off Transportation will be provided by the Company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
