The Digital Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising Forth Capital’s digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility globally. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our digital strategy, from content and social media to performance marketing, SEO, and analytics.About Us Forth Capital provides award winning international financial planning, wealth management and pensions advice, from dual qualified advisers authorised and regulated in the UK, Switzerland, the EU, Australia, the US, and Hong Kong, to HNWI expatriates worldwide.With offices across four continents, our expertise and international licences enable us to provide the right cross-border financial solutions for our clients in 53 countries around the globe.Shortlisted for the 'International Business of the Year' award at the 2025 British Business Awards, winners at the 2024 Investment International Awards for 'Excellence in Advisory Best Practice’ and rated ‘Excellent’ on Trustpilot, our financial planners, wealth managers and pension experts provide continuity of advice and exceptional service to our clients, wherever they are in the world, and wherever they choose to go next.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy across all platforms.Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, etc.) for lead generation and brand awareness.Oversee SEO strategy and ensure all web content is optimised for search.Coordinate the production of engaging content across digital channels, including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media including short form video content.Manage and optimise the company website (Word Press or other CMS).Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques to improve user experience and lead capture.Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site functionality and performance.Analytics & Reporting Monitor and report on key digital metrics using Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and other tools.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.Conduct A/B testing to optimise content and ad performance.Work closely with the marketing, sales, and advisory teams to align digital efforts with business goals.Manage third-party agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.Stay current with digital marketing trends and apply best practices across channels.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or B2C professional services industry.Proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns and achieving measurable ROI.Strong experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email automation tools, and analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with international teams and audiences is a plus.Hub Spot CRM experience.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development best practices.Understanding of financial services marketing compliance in international markets.Experience with video marketing and webinars.What We Offer Work with a globally respected, fast-growing financial services firm.Collaborate with a dynamic, international team.Play a key role in shaping and scaling the digital growth strategy of the business.Competitive salary and benefits package.Apply To apply for this role, contact our Commercial Manager, Paul Docherty, with your contact details and note of interest.pauldocherty@forthcapital.com Please complete the form below with your details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
