In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: Develop and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients by identifying opportunities and proposing effective media solutions Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches based on client briefs, market trends, and audience insights Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals Manage the full campaign lifecycle including booking, creative coordination, execution, and post-campaign reporting Collaborate with programming, traffic, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape shifts to stay ahead in the market Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, proposals, forecasts, and client feedback Represent ARN at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field5–7 years of experience in media sales, account management, or advertising, preferably within radio, digital, or broadcast environments Strong understanding of media planning and radio/digital advertising dynamics Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and presentation software Strong financial acumen and proposal writing skills About the Benefits: In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
