The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, legal, and effective practice of pharmacy.The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Pharmacy and a valid license to practice in the country. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative. A good understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations is also required.The responsibilities include: Reviewing and interpreting physician orders to recommend drug products and detect therapeutic incompatibilities.Dispensing medications through compounding, packaging, labeling, and monitoring drug therapy, as well as advising on interventions.Providing pharmacological information by answering healthcare professionals' questions and counseling patients on drug therapies.Monitoring patient drug therapies through medication-use reviews and offering recommendations to improve therapeutic outcomes.Training pharmacy staff to enhance their clinical knowledge.Participating in continuing education programs to stay updated on new drug information and treatments.We offer competitive salaries along with benefits such as medical insurance, paid vacation, continuing education allowances, profit sharing, and more.
